THE APPROACH

Nestling between trees on top of a hill, the house can only occasionally be seen amongst the surrounding countryside. It retains a discreet quality all of its own.

The approach to Quenby Hall is breathtaking as the house presents itself dramatically as you round a bend up the half-mile drive through the front park.

Guests are welcomed at the front door as they arrive for wedding ceremonies and drinks receptions in the house.

EXTERIOR VIEWS & FEATURES

The floodlighting provides for a stunning night facade.

The Old Dairy and Forge Bar are a few yards to the left of the main house, providing a country style space for winter festivities (January to April).

To the left of the house lies the Walled Garden, complete with statues, a summer house and dry moat, all accessed through an ornate wrought iron gate.

The Walled Garden provides an ideal location for the Garden Pavilion, with dining and dancing space for 150-200 guests.

The Garden Cottage, next to the Garden Pavilion, sleeps 6 in three bedrooms and is available to rent for events, weekends and holidays.  (scroll down to bottom of this page to see further details).

This room is particularly well suited for receiving guests, an area for cocktails or buffet presentation, or for an atmospheric formal dinner.
